Sanskar Education Society thrives as a volunteer-driven organization, empowering passionate individuals to contribute to meaningful social change. Our volunteer network comprises students, professionals, and community members across various cities in India, working collectively to achieve our vision of transforming lives through education.
Our Board of Directors and Core Executive Team oversee the organization’s key functional areas, including Fundraising, IT and Digital Outreach, Program Development, Project Execution, Marketing, and Volunteer Relations. This ensures a unified strategy and consistent execution of our mission across all regions.
We believe in empowering local leadership. Our city-based Action Teams (ATs) take charge of organizing independent initiatives tailored to their communities. Each Action Team elects its own leadership and runs fundraising and outreach programs while maintaining communication with the National Executive Team for guidance and collaboration.
